Independent CKC training tracker
CKC Judo Progress Tracker is an independent training, progress, roster, and school-finance tool. It is not an official Kodokan, IJF, USA Judo, or governing-body publication, promotional standard, testing standard, certification program, or rank authority.
Curriculum structure, technique names, and reference links are based on public judo references, common judo practice, and Kodokan/IJF technique organization, then adapted for CKC Martial Arts and participating schools. Each school, instructor, and coach is responsible for safety, supervision, student readiness, rank approvals, and compliance with their own organization rules.
Terms and conditions
Starter website terms
This app is provided as a progress-tracking and school-administration tool. Users should not rely on it as medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, official rank certification, or a replacement for qualified in-person instruction.
Schools are responsible for entering accurate roster, membership, and expense information; obtaining any required parent or student permissions; protecting login or share links; and confirming that all student training is supervised by qualified instructors.
Paid school plans use PayPal-hosted monthly subscription checkout. Renewals, cancellations, refunds, access changes, and failed-payment handling should be managed through the school's PayPal subscription record and CKC account-support process. This starter language should be reviewed by an attorney before the public paid version launches.
Privacy policy
Starter privacy notice
The app may collect school names, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, student names, rank progress, membership amounts, instructor notes, expenses, and other information entered by schools or users.
In this current version, roster, progress, curriculum, and financial entries are stored in the user's browser/device unless a school account, database, or payment system is connected. School sign-up forms may be submitted through the website host so CKC can follow up with the school contact.
CKC should use this information to operate the tracker, support schools, manage subscriptions, and improve the service. A final privacy policy should explain data storage, account access, student/parent permissions, security, deletion requests, payment data handling, and any third-party services used after launch.
Customer requests
Refunds, cancellation, and data deletion
Contact CKC Martial Arts at charleskreie@gmail.com or by mail at 5616 Northcrest Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825 for billing, cancellation, refund, or privacy requests.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless CKC made a billing error, duplicate charge, or written exception. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
Customers may cancel future monthly billing at any time through their PayPal subscription controls or by contacting CKC support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Schools may request deletion of school account data, roster records, student progress, custom curriculum, uploaded-file references, and financial entries by emailing CKC with the school name, contact name, and account email. CKC will verify the request before removing records from the active app database, subject to legal, tax, accounting, security, backup, and dispute-retention requirements. Each school remains responsible for exporting, saving, and retaining any records it needs for its own taxes, bookkeeping, accounting, legal obligations, student records, and backup retention before requesting deletion from the CKC app.
